Dry cider made with Simcoe Cryo Hops. Cryo hops are the concentrated resins and aromatic oils of whole-leaf hops, designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma. Aromas of ruby red grapefruit, pine forests, fresh cut cedar, and boxwood. The flavor emphasizes the grapefruit notes and is surprisingly juicy and round, with virtually no bitterness.
